What we do and do not use

There are no embedded third-party videos, external fonts, advertising or tracking pixels, analytics or session replay. Because nothing optional is switched on by default, there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

Following an external link takes you to another website with its own privacy arrangements.

Your consent

We ask for your consent before anything optional is loaded from a third party. Consent is a clear choice you make by selecting a button; it is never assumed from scrolling, browsing or closing a message. Declining is as easy as accepting, and declining does not limit how you use the rest of the site.

You can change your mind at any time. Choosing to hide a third-party feature reloads the page so that the third party is no longer contacted.

Consent is asked for separately for each third-party feature. It is not bundled with accepting the site, and it does not apply to anything else.

Trustpilot reviews (optional)

We link to our Trustpilot business profile. Where this site offers Trustpilot’s review widget, it loads only if you choose “Show Trustpilot reviews”. Until then nothing is requested from Trustpilot.

If you choose to show it, your browser connects to Trustpilot, which may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.

Your choice is remembered in your own browser’s local storage under the name “brightmind-trustpilot-consent”. It is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, or by using the hide button beside the widget.
